Frank Feaster

Varsity Head Coach

Frank Feaster is entering his second season as the Head Coach of Bergen Catholic High School,  In his first season, he was selected as the Gibbs Conference Coach of the Year. Prior to accepting the head coaching job at Bergen Catholic he served as the head coach of Ceder Grove High School and as an assistant coach for the Bergen Catholic High School Football Team.  Feaster was a dual sport athlete at Bergen Catholic where he was selected as an All-State football player and all-conference lacrosse player.  He was a member of the 2015 football state championship team. He continued playing both football and lacrosse at Muhlenberg College where he received All-American and All-Conference accolades.

Michael Caposella

Varsity Assistant – Offense

Michael Caposella is entering his third season as a member of the Bergen Catholic Lacrosse staff. He is a graduate of DePaul Catholic in which he was selected All-State twice and served as the team captain in his senior year. He continued his lacrosse career at Stockton University where he was a four year starter and again served as captain in his senior year. He finished top 10 in school history for Goals (141), Assists (70), Points (211). He previously coached at St. Joseph’s Regional High School and Cedar Grove High School. He also serves as the Director of the Mad Dog North program.

Nathan Hill

Varsity Assistant – Offense

Nathan Hill is beginning his first season at Bergen Catholic.  He has been a lacrosse coach and skills trainer for over 15 years.  He is a graduate of Limestone University where he won a Division 2 National Championship.

Alex Giaquinto

Varsity Assistant – Defense

Alex Giaquinto begins his first season as a varsity assistant for Bergen Catholic.  He previously served as an assistant coach for Seton Hall Prep.  Prior to coaching, he played lacrosse at Seton Hall Prep where he served as captain in his senior year. He then played college lacrosse at Muhlenberg College where he again served as captain in his senior year.  In addition to coaching at Bergen Catholic, he coaches club lacrosse for Tri-State lacrosse and works as the Manager of IT and DevOps Engineer at TaskHuman.

Matt Discola

Varsity Assistant – Goalies

Originally from Franklin Lakes, NJ, Matt DiScola was a two-sport athlete at Bergen Catholic High School in New Jersey. He was the staring goalie on the on the lacrosse team that won the state championship in 2015. Following his high school success, Matt took his skills to the collegiate level, competing in Division 1 lacrosse at Manhattan College in Riverdale, NY. 

Michael Bottinelli

Junior Varsity Coach

Michael Bottinelli begins his first season as a member of the Bergen Catholic lacrosse coaching staff. Originally from Wyckoff, NJ, Michael graduated from Bergen Catholic in 2009 where he was a 4-year varsity goalie, Under Armour Underclassmen All-American, and still holds Top-10 recognition for both most saves and save percentage. He continued onto collegiate lacrosse at Bowdoin College where he graduated with a degree in Neuroscience. Coach Bottinelli captained the National Lacrosse Team of Peru in the 2023 World Lacrosse Championship, coming in #2 for most saves in the tournament. Outside of BC, and coaches for the U-20 Peruvian National Team and Tri-State.

James Boisi

Freshman Coach

Jim Boisi is beginning his first season at Bergen Catholic. He has over 30 years experience as a lacrosse coach. He is a Graduate of Fairfield University and Villanova University. His JV Team at Iona Prep won CHSAA AA Championship in 2019. His Masters School Varsity team was  2016 PSAA Championship Runner Up.

Matt Bunting

Freshman Coach

Matt Bunting is starting his second year as the freshman coach for Bergen Catholic lacrosse.  He is a native of Wyckoff, NJ and was a three sport star at Ramapo High School.  During high school he received all-state and all-league recognition in lacrosse, as well as all-league recognition in football and basketball.   He then played his college lacrosse for Division 1 Wagner University.
